BackingBand:  This was my main gig for a couple of years -- a complete band

of guns for hire in Hollywood, backing up singer/songwriters looking for a

label deal.  Most of the Sunset Strip gigs you see on my schedule were done

with these guys as the nameless band behind the artist.  I’ve taken a leave

of absence to focus on a few other projects, but you never know – I might

get called to fill-in for my replacement!

Schroeder Cabinets: These cabinets are simply amazing.  Probably the single best thing I have done to improve my sound in the last five years.  If you can, try out a bunch of his cabinets side-by-side; they re all great, but I prefer the 4x10 for the punch.

Ashdown Amps:  My first real experience playing Ashdown was at The Viper Room – just a killer bass sound.  It was exactly the deep, resonant sound I was hoping to get from such a famous venue.  Nothing else on the market really matches that warmth.  Click here to see my page on their site.

Lakland Basses:  Lakland makes some of the most beautiful and rich sounding basses I have ever had the chance to play.  I am proud to be on their Artist Roster and thrilled to own one of the best basses made in America.  Click here to see my page on their site.

Dark Star Pickups:  These pickups are recreations and improvements on the old single-coil Hagstrom pickup of the 1960s that was stock in many hollowbody basses of the time.  Fred Hammon s pups have huge sound and great tone and are offered as an upgrade on certain Lakland basses.

Fake Left:  My new original rock project with the BackingBand boys and Kyle Ferguson.  Good music, good lyrics, good times.  Click here for the website.
